Every program includes a structured, aviation-focused training program with built-in warm-up and dedicated mobility structure, guided progression, and a welcome packet with instructions and nutrition strategies to support your workouts and the demands of flying.
Is nutrition guidance included?
Your welcome packet includes general nutrition tips to support training, recovery, and consistency. More detailed or personalized guidance can be addressed through a 30 or 60-min consultation.
Who created the workout plans?
Av8r Strength programs are developed by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach who understands both performance training and the operational realities of aviation. As an active pilot with firsthand experience of the physical demands of flight, she designs each plan to serve real-world needs — not theory.
